This interactive session will equip continuing education (CE) administrators with essential skills in outcomes assessment, continuous quality improvement, and performance measurement. Participants will engage in hands-on exercises, case studies, and collaborative discussions to develop strategies for collecting and analyzing data for individual activity and programmatic assessment. Additionally, participants will develop skills for identifying and implementing quality improvement initiatives and measuring the effectiveness of CE programs. By the end of the session, attendees will have actionable insights to enhance the impact of their CE activities.
